Dare to Draw

A one day course to teach the foundations of hand drawing specifically for urban planning and design work.

Saturday 9th November 2024

Would you like to be able to draw buildings and streets for pleasure or for work?

This one day drawing course is aimed primarily at town planners, urban designers or simply architectural or urban design enthusiasts who have little or no hand drawing experience.

The objective is to teach attendees the foundations of hand drawing specifically for urban planning and design work. With these foundations in place, delegates should be more confident in producing their own hand drawings for meetings, presentations, design codes and planning documents.

“The session gave me the confidence I needed and reenergised my interest to develop my architectural drawings further.”
“It was a superb day.”
“Great teacher, good pace, great sized class, came away having learnt a bunch.”
“You make us feel welcome by giving a space for people with similar interests to meet and talk about their day to day challenges in their fields. I find it very interesting that people with different jobs share a same passion for drawing.”
“Fantastic choice of teacher & content, a great location and the class size was perfect for feeling comfortable & taking inspiration from others”
